The books is presently available to order at Westbow Press and at Amazon. It will still take some time for the printer to run the initial copies and send them off if anyone orders online right now. But next month I plan to have hard copies available to purchase for people who know me locally. And I will be doing a book launching event in February as well, where soft and hard cover copies will be made available.
